An enjoyable way to end my holiday. Perfect hotel with a heated pool and incredible location in the Cosmos restaurant. Good food, especially great breakfast. Modern interior and modern rooms. Speedy check-in, late check-out, exceptional staff. Location just off Old Quebec under bookings as well as the ferry. Excellent services, the private parking was available onsite. Everything perfect.

Quiet, large, clean room, good connection to the ferry that runs frequently and takes you to the old town of Québec in 12 minutes.

The shuttle bus to the ferry is offered by the hotel only in the summer months, so you have to order a taxi for $ 10.00 for the ride.

The hotel is very decent and it was exactly what we were expected when we booked the rooms.

The rooms are tidy with comfortable bedding, large TVs, and the staff is knowledgeable.

Very well appointed room. Great value for the money and close to alot of local businesses.

My only suggestion would be to have front desk staff have a better understanding of English. I know this may be a touchy subject as you are based in Quebec. It would certainly only make better the stay of many of your travellers which come from English speaking Canada.

Nicely appointed rooms...big parking lot...and a nice restaurant adjoining the hotel/conference centre.

While I liked the way the room was appointed, it did seem that there were a few more corners than usual to watch out for...the clothes shrank vs built in closets, foot/sitting stool...

um, we weren't really there long enough to get a good idea, we were just stopping over.

There was no mini fridge in the room.

Stayed in a room that was recently renovated, and it had a hot tub! They even offered a wake-up service, so you don't have to worry about setting an alarm ⏰.

The hotel is very modern and the rooms were spacious and very nice and comfortable. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
